Matched Pros LLC ("we") operates Matched Pros at matchedpros.com and its landing pages (such as matchedroofing.com). This policy covers all of them.

What we collect

• Project details you give us: the type of work, timing and your answers to our questions.
• Contact details: name, project address, email and phone number.
• Consent records: the disclosure you agreed to, when, the page, your IP address and browser, and certificates from TrustedForm and Jornaya that record the form session.
• Visit information: the page you arrived on, the ad or link that brought you, and your device type.

How we use it

• To match you with up to 3 home improvement companies and send your request to them.
• To contact you about your request by phone, text or email, as you agreed.
• To measure which ads and pages work, prevent fraud and keep records the law requires.

We sell your request

Matched Pros is paid by home improvement companies to connect them with homeowners. When you send a request, we sell it, including your name, phone number, email, project address and project details, to up to 3 companies that serve your area. They use it to contact you about your project and may keep it under their own privacy policies.

We also use service providers that help us run the service (hosting, email, consent verification). They may use your information only to provide those services to us.

To opt out of the sale of your information, email [email protected]. Opting out after you send a request stops future sales. It cannot recall a request already sent, but we will pass your request to stop contact to the companies that received it.
